Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we haven't received your return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, kindly email us at support@halobottle.com.Please do not post to the address on your invoice/despatch note as this is a different location from our warehouse and returns processing address. If you ship a product to the incorrect location we will not be able to process your refund.

Please ensure your item (including packaging) reaches us in an unused and saleable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. When your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for returns to be processed from the date we receive them. If you haven't received your refund after this the date of our receipt confirmation, please contact support@halobottle.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email customer service at support@halobottle.com.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service as Halo Bottle cannot be responsible for any returns sent to us that are lost in transit.
