Credit Card:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

PayPal:

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Halo Bottle.

Apple Pay:

Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment. 

Store Credit:

If you have store credit and are logged in to your Halo Bottle account at the time of purchase, this payment method will be used automatically. You can pay any remaining balance with a payment method of your choice.

Halo Bottle uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

PSD2 Authentication

If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorise the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to Halo Bottle.

Taxes and duties within the UK are included in the price of your order.

Outside of the UK will be shipped delivery duty unpaid and may incur customs/duty charged and local VAT, depending on your location.

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email from your chosen carrier with a tracking link to your delivery. This will detail your delivery status and updates on delivery progress.

There are options at checkout for standard and express delivery. Orders are shipped from the UK, so delivery timeframes will depend on your destination.

In the UK we use Evri and DPD for standard and express delivery.

Outside of of the UK we use a varied range of localised delivery partners, depending on the destination. You will receive details of the delivery partner in your tracking email when your order has been shipped.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

350ml bottles weigh 193g and are 17.1cm in height. They are designed for handbags or pockets and are perfect for when you are on-the-go.

500ml bottles weigh 253g and are 23.7cm in height. They are suitable for times you might be thirstier, like the gym or travelling.

Thirsty Sets are bundles of bottles sold with a discount. We recommend these for families, or for using different bottles for different drinks (like water, coffee and alcohol), or keeping bottles in different locations.

We sell replacement lids for people who have lost their lid and do not want to buy a whole new bottle. Lids can be purchased in the colour of all nine bottle shades. Replacement lids fit both 350ml and 500ml bottles.

Yes! Halo Bottle offers a range of wholesale opportunities to retailers as well as co-branding and corporate gift options for businesses, clubs and societies and events.

Yes, we ship globally. Please note that orders delivered outside the UK will be shipped delivery duty unpaid, so may incur customs/duty charged and local VAT, depending on your location.

For orders under 500 units, the lead time is 2 weeks from the date of payment. For orders over 500 units, lead time is 3 weeks.

Delivery is included in the unit cost for customers within the UK.
